Our breakfast menu is as follows:

Hot Drinks

Filtered coffee, Decaff coffee, Breakfast tea, Herbal teas, Hot chocolate.

From the Buffet

Orange juice, Apple juice, Selection of cheeses, Yoghurts, Fresh fruit salad, Grapefruit segments, Prunes, Fresh fruits.

Selection of cereals including Cornflakes, Fruit and fibre, Weetabix, Special K, Just Right and freshly prepared Porridge.

Cooked Breakfast

Scrambled eggs, Poached eggs, Boiled eggs with toast.

Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon

Full Irish Breakfast:  Dry cured bacon, Sleedagh Farm sausage, Free range eggs, Clonakilty black and white pudding, Tomato , Baked beans on request.

Homemade Brown soda bread. Brown/white toast.

Homemade marmalade, Jam and locally produced Honey.

Phil Murphy Weekend, Carrig-on-Bannow, Co Wexford. July, 2011
Phil Murphy devised a playing technique for the
diatonic harmonica involving modal music and vamping accompaniment with
spectacular effect when added to fast reels and jigs. He passed his
technique onto his sons, John and Pip. This festival remembers Phil
Murphy.
There will the usual plethora of sessions and workshops.
